Lukas, the owner of Beluk Complete Home Solutions has been in the home improvement industry for over 25 years. In 2001, he found there was a need for change in the industry. The pain point many of his clients would come across is accountability in a project. Too many different people hired to work on a Calgary home renovation or a new Calgary home build, and they would not collaborate well with one another and then start to blame each other if something wasn’t done properly. Everyone was responsible but no one was accountable. The end result was an unsatisfied client. So Lukas took it upon himself to start a company that offered every home improvement and home exterior service that had one point of contact, which would be him. He would be accountable and responsible to make sure his clients were 100% satisfied. Lukas now has over 30 trusted trade partners, which he has built relationships with over the years who put his clients satisfaction as their #1 priority. No job is complete until the client is happy.
